Ursula Raczak
Chief Executive Officer
Ursula Raczak is the current Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks. At BBBSBC, Ursula will oversee the Programming, Development, Events, and Finance arms of the agency. Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, Ursula served as Deputy Executive Director, Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at its Philadelphia office, where she worked since 1993. Ursula oversee priority the campaigns, Light the Night, Team in Training and School & Youth initiatives with a combined budget of 4.2M. Ursula was also the Interim Executive Director for the chapter in 2008, increasing net revenue by 650K. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Ursula resides in Jamison with her husband, Stephen, and her two sons, Matthew (14) and Michael (12).

Susan Bartels
Director of Programs
Susan Bartels has worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County since 1997. She began as a caseworker, became a program manager and has been the Director of Program since 2002. In this position, she has matched children and volunteers, overseen matches, developed programs and supervised the program staff in the development and achievement of agency goals. Bartels also served as Assistant Director of Youth Services at the YWCA of Bucks County where she oversaw the Pre-school Programs, Homework Clubs, Summer Camps, Early Academic Intervention Programs, and Teen Groups and enhanced program delivery for all youth service programs. At both the YWCA and BBBSBC, Bartels develops and maintains collaborative community relationships. She has been a Big Sister in a BBBS program since 1992 when she was matched in college and currently is matched to an adolescent Little Sister in the Community-Based program for 7 years and is matched to an elementary school Little Sister in the School-based program.

Susan Gelb
Director of Events
Susan Gelb was named Events Coordinator of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County in 2007. In this position, Ms. Gelb most recently organized and staged BBBS’ signature fundraising event, Bowl For Kids Sake. Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, Susan was the owner and sole proprietor of the Holiday Craft Boutique. Susan has several years of professional fund raising experience including chairing “Stay the Day in Pink”, a fundraising event held in cooperation with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure – Philadelphia. Susan has also served as a Committee Chairperson including Recruitment, Registration, and Accounting for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life – Bucks County in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Susan’s role encompassed proactively soliciting funds from merchants and businesses with the Central Bucks community including the planning and organization of a variety of fundraising events. Susan is a graduate of Goucher College and holds a BA Degree in Economics.

Lauren McAllister
Operations Manager
Lauren McAllister was named Operations Manager of Big Brothers Big Sisters in August of 2011 after graduating from Monmouth University with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Ms. McAllister handles the Operational functions of the Bucks County office in many different facets including computer maintenance, assisting the CEO, Events Director and Development Coordinator, creation of Newsletters and marketing materials along with managing office maintenance, upkeep and organization.
